Examination regulations
The legal framework for your degree course is regulated in the general examination organization regulations and the respective subject-specific examination regulations.
The Examination Committee is the body responsible for organizing examinations. The committee is made up of all status groups of the Faculty of Agricultural, Nutritional and Engineering Sciences. There are independent examination boards for the M.Sc. Nature Conservation and Landscape Ecology and the State Examination in Food Chemistry, which are offered in cooperation with the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences.

You will find the examination dates after your registration in Basis by clicking on "Examination registration and deregistration" for the respective examination.
Deadlines
Below you will find the schedule of deadlines for your degree program. Among other things, the timetable lists the registration deadlines for course registration, exam registration and initial registration in the first semester.
Initial personal registration
At the beginning of your studies, you must register once with the "Application for admission to the Bachelor's/Master's examination" at the Examinations Office of the Faculty of Agricultural, Nutritional and Engineering Sciences. You can only take examinations during the course of your studies once you have registered.
Acknowledgement of achievements
Would you like to have credits from a previous study program acknowledged for application in a higher semester? You can find more information on the following page.
Notification of illness
You can cancel oral and written examinations up to one week before the respective examination date. If you are unable to take part in an examination due to illness and the deadline for deregistration has passed, you can deregister from the examination by submitting a medical certificate. Further information on certificates can be found in the notes.
