The goal of a sustainable and high-quality diet for the growing world population requires a rethink of how food has been produced to date. The Bachelor's degree course in Nutrition and Food Sciences is a basic and interdisciplinary degree course that covers a wide range of subjects in nutritional sciences, food sciences and the economics of the agricultural and food sector.
