Building on the content of the Bachelor's degree program, students acquire in-depth knowledge of technical and analytical methods and procedures. In addition, students are enabled to carry out independent and innovative research work as well as to independently pursue methods, procedures and strategies and to further develop them in a problem-oriented manner.

The subject of the course is the ecological and resource-conserving production of food of animal origin.
