What do I need to bring with me?
What knowledge, interests and skills should I have? We try to help you with your decision and explain the requirements.
You must meet the following admission requirements for the Master study program in Molecular Food Technology:
At least 24 ECTS-LP in basic natural sciences (mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology).
At least 42 ECTS credits (including the Bachelor's thesis) in food science-oriented modules (in particular food chemistry and technology).
Proficiency in English to at least level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Proof of English language skills as a first foreign language up to the A-levels, a recognized language test (e.g. TOEFL, IELTS) or equivalent proof.
Knowledge of German at least at level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). A university entrance qualification obtained in German at a German-speaking institution, a German language test (e.g. DSH 2, TestDaF at TDN 4 level) or an equivalent qualification serves as proof.
